Who the helmet?
I am a danish born Illustrator-at-heart female with a boys name and a MA in Graphic design from DesignSkolen Kolding in Denmark and the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, Czech Republic where I studied Typography and the drinking of slivovize.
For several years I worked undercover in London trying to sneak in some illustrative design into places as varied as game design, packaging, visualising, animation and retail.
Most recently I have been infiltrating the wonderful world of web design, and I am enjoying the fast paced changes and techniques in this field.
The work I do
ILLUSTRATIONS
My illustrations are mainly digital, mostly vector works that are sometimes finished off in photoshop. Photo manipulation and retouching are part of my skill set and I enjoy employing those in my illustration work too. All illustrations start as a hand drawn sketch. DESIGN FOR WEB
In my day job as a web designer I have gathered a lot of experience designing for web; be it full site designs- from logo and colour palette to layout- or sections of sites, banners or web brochures. See some design samples here
